Alan is a highly qualified personal trainer having studied at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa. He has nearly 12 years experience in the health and fitness industry and specialises in weight loss and strength, sports specific and functional training.
Alejandra manages our Harrods clinic and is a Lead Dietitian with a BSc in Nutrition and Food Sciences, a Masters in Public Health and a Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Alejandra specialises in weight management, is trained in NLP, and is certified in the management of irritable bowel syndrome.
Alex studied Sports, Exercise and Science before earning a full soccer scholarship to study Athletic Training in New York. Upon his return, Alex qualified as a level 3 Personal Trainer and boxercise instructor.
Alice is a qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry and comes from a strong dance background of 18 years training and competing at a high level.
Ariana is a Registered Dietitian who graduated with a MSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics in Montreal, Canada. She has experience working in weight loss, diabetes, perinatal and child nutrition. In addition to her passion for wellbeing, Ariana has a keen interest in women’s health and mindfulness and is a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
Cassie is a registered dietitian who graduated with a MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics in Perth, Western Australia. Cassie has extensive experience working in both the public and private health sector in Australia and London and is also a qualified pilates instructor, working in the clinical and rehab setting for the last five years.
Chris has a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Chris' proven, exercise science based techniques ensure consistent, long term weight loss and fitness results. His approach supports optimum client motivation throughout their training programme.
Danielle has a BSc in Dance Education, holds Level 3 Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates qualifications, as well as a RYT250 in Hatha, Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga. Danielle’s flowing vinyasa sequences draw inspiration from her dance background and focus on bio-mechanical movement and central stabilisation.
Emma has a BA Hons degree in fashion and business, and after a few years within the fashion world, switched to the wellbeing industry. Emma has been with Louise Parker for 6 years and manages recruitment and partnerships, is Louise’s Executive Assistant as well as supporting new client enquiries.
Eric is a qualified Personal Trainer as well as a Boxing and Fitness Coach. He has worked internationally in Australia for 4 years whilst also being part of a Fitness Coaching team for football clubs in Perth.
Joe is a Sport Science graduate who since University has been honing his craft as an expert personal trainer working alongside the best in London and Bath. Joe is a member of the LP Team in The Wellness Clinic in Harrods.
Kurtis is a personal trainer with 7 years experience and is also a qualified phlebotomist, corrective exercise specialist, ante- and post-natal qualified, and a Sports Massage Therapist level 5. Kurtis is currently completing an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition focussing on body composition.
Louise is the founder of the method, a proud boss of her fabulous team, a mum to three girls and a twice bestselling author. Louise splits her time between working in-depth with a very small number of clients and new projects. Follow @figuremagician
Louise-Jane has a BA Hons in English Literature and started her career within the beauty and luxury goods industry before deciding to pursue a career in health and wellness. Louise-Jane is our Client Services Consultant, helping each client programme to run smoothly.
Since completing his bachelors degree in Sport Science in France, Lucas has gone on to train people all around the world from athletes in California to running weight loss programmes in Dubai. Now based in London, Lucas uses his extensive experience and knowledge to help you in achieving your goal.
Lydia is a Registered Dietitian with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has 9 years of experience working in the NHS with a strong clinical background across a range of medical specialities, in addition to involvement in research. She has a particular passion for health promotion and health coaching, as well as management of irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Marianna studied physical education at university before working as a qualified nutritional adviser for a military hospital. Marianna then qualified as a Certified Exercise Coach at the CHEK Institute in 2010, working as a personal trainer ever since. Marianna trains clients at home and in our Harrods studios.
Martin is a qualified personal trainer with 15 years hands on experience. He has an empathetic approach teamed with expert knowledge within the fitness industry and a passion for callisthenics functional training and martial arts.
Michael is a fitness expert with over a decade of experience working with clients ranging from fitness newcomers to professional athletes. Michael specializes in muscular conditioning, sports specific training and athletic performance, corrective exercise, and weight management.
Nick is a personal trainer and pilates instructor with over 8 years experience. His passion is long distance running and he always has an event in the diary to keep him motivated. His approach to training is about helping each client achieve a healthier and happier self through exercise.
Nicola is a Registered Dietitian with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics and an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition. She has had extensive experience in the NHS and the private sector. Nicola has a wealth of experience in adult weight management, chronic disease and sports performance.
Paul joined as a director of the company having spent 4 years as an understudy on BBC1 show 'The Great British Bake-Off'. Paul splits his time between running the two clinics and new projects. He is Louise's husband and proud father to three girls.
Rachel followed her passion for sport and gained a degree in Sports Therapy prior to focusing on her personal training career. Rachel has also competed at a high level in athletics and more recently rugby.
Ray graduated from university with a masters in physical education before focusing on personal training. Ray has 7 years experience in the fitness industry and is a keen long distance runner. Ray trains clients at home and in our Harrods studios.
Reshma is a Lead Dietitian with a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science and MSc in Dietetics. Reshma has 8 years’ experience in nutrition consultancy and specialises in adult weight management, child nutrition and the prevention of chronic conditions. Reshma is our Lead Dietitian at Walton Street.
Robyn is a fully qualified personal trainer with 10 years industry experience. Robyn gained a distinction in her Sports Science Diploma in addition to a career as a semi-professional footballer with Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur Ladies.
Saffee has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, a NASM personal training qualification and 9 years experience within the health and fitness industry. Saffee has worked with many different clients to help and guide them to achieve their versatile range of goals. Saffee trains clients at home and in our Harrods studios.
Sarah graduated from university of Winchester with first class honours in Sport and Exercise Science, and has been a qualified PT since 2011, specialising in weight loss, injury rehab and strengthening. Sarah comes from an athletic background having run competitively for 7 years at national level.
Tom is a personal trainer with 14 years experience in training and fitness. Tom has a broad academic background and holds a degree in psychology and sociology, excelling in sports psychology and motivation.

Zoe is a level 3 personal trainer with additional qualifications in fitness instruction, circuits, boxing and padwork. Zoe is a dedicated trainer that has previously worked at the top private clubs in London and is part of our team in The Wellness Clinic in Harrods.
